Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a Senior Physician Liaison to own the Texas market, develop strong provider partnerships with pediatric practices, and help build a scalable liaison team from the ground up.

This field role requires four to five days in clinics, front desk interactions, and in-service presentations. You will shape the target list, drive referrals, mentor new reps, and report outcomes to the Growth General Manager and Head of GTM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Proven ability to build a territory from a standing start.
• Clinical background is a real advantage.
• Willing to lead and mentor reps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics by building a target list across Dallas and Fort Worth, booking meetings, and turning practices into referring partners.
• Run in-services with physicians and staff to explain what Clarity treats and how to refer patients.
• Grow the clinics you win by building relationships with physicians, medical assistants, and office staff.
• Decide who to call on by prioritizing practices based on patterns, practice size, and payer mix.
• Set up physician-led presentations with medical advisors for high-potential clinics.
• Help build the liaison team by sourcing candidates and supporting ramp when hired.
• Document every account, visit, and outcome in the CRM on the day it happens.
