Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic and is hiring a Physician Liaison in Dallas–Fort Worth. You’ll travel to pediatric practices five days a week, establishing trust with physicians and front desks to drive referrals for ADHD, anxiety, and obesity.

You will use our playbook and present clinical material to offices, while logging every account in CRM and providing ongoing field feedback to shape Texas expansion. This role is field-based in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations
• A clinical background is a real advantage
• You work fast and you carry a lot at once
• You can walk into a room cold
• You can present to a full practice
• You’re disciplined about documentation
• Based in Dallas–Fort Worth

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across Dallas and Fort Worth. Prospect cold, get past the front desk, book meetings, and turn practices into referring partners.
• Run in-services with physicians and staff to explain what Clarity treats and how to refer patients.
• Grow clinics you win by building relationships with physicians, medical assistants, and office staff.
• Set up physician-led presentations and schedule content delivery with medical advisors.
• Document every account, contact, visit, and outcome in the CRM on the day it happens.
• Provide regular market feedback on what’s working and what to improve in Texas.
