WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to lead strategic directions for our pharmacy business and oversee large, high-visibility client engagements. You will influence the marketplace, contribute to the development of next-generation pharmacy solutions, and grow our solutions portfolio across North America.

The role requires extensive leadership, executive presence, and a track record of driving revenue in pharmacy benefits.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting/brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships.
• Experience leading a global team and strategic partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national pharmacy consulting engagements and drive revenue growth.
• Design and manage PBM vendor procurement and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand integrated pharmacy offerings.
• Represent the firm at conferences and develop thought leadership content.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff and teams.
