Job summary

WTW seeks a Pharmacy Senior Director to guide strategic directions for our pharmacy business, leading large client engagements and shaping the next generation of pharmacy solutions. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans, in consultancy/brokerage
• Proven ability to generate revenue
• Track record of growing large client relationships
• Experience leading global teams and strategic partnerships
• Executive communication skills for complex ideas
• Ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams
• Interest in latest pharmacy and health/benefits developments
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel/PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel
• Pharmacist licensure preferred for pharmacists
• State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategic partnerships and advisory services for large, complex clients
• Drive new relationships and sales for PBM solutions
• Design innovative engagement approaches and multi-year strategy
• Oversee PBM vendor procurement, negotiations and audits
• Develop plan analyses, cost-savings and member engagement strategies
• Contribute to broader health and benefits strategy and growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to expand integrated offerings
• Own research, development, deployment and outcomes measurement during the period
