Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to guide strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements. You will influence the marketplace as a voice of a leading HR consulting firm and help evolve pharmacy solutions across North America.

You will partner with executives, drive new pharmacy approaches, and mentor teams while expanding the integrated pharmacy and clinical offerings across multi-year programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans.
• Proven revenue generation and growth in client relationships.
• Global team leadership and strategic partnership development.
• Executive communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas simply.
• Pharmacist background preferred; licensed in home state; Life/Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategy for large, complex clients and drive multi-year growth.
• Develop innovative pharmacy approaches and partner with vendors for tech enablement.
• Drive revenue and manage PBM vendor procurement, audits and negotiations.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate with cross-functional WTW teams.
• Represent the firm in conferences, articles, and client thought leadership.
• Analyze plans, design cost-savings, and enhance member engagement strategies.
• Align pharmacy benefits with broader health and benefits strategy.
