Job summary
WTW seeks a Pharmacy Senior Director to shape strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements across North America. You will drive revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor on PBM programs and specialty drug management.
The ideal candidate has a pharmacist degree (or substantial pharmacy consulting expertise), licensed to practice, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in pharmacy strategy and consulting.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and managing large client relationships.
- Experience leading global teams and cross-functional projects.
- Executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy strategy for national clients and complex engagements.
- Develop new pharmacy approaches and partnerships with vendors/clients.
- Represent the firm at conferences and in thought leadership.
- Drive PBM vendor procurement, negotiation and performance audits.
- Design engagement models, cost-savings, and member engagement strategies.
- Mentor and manage other consultants within the pharmacy practice.
