Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to lead strategic innovation and large client engagements in North America. You will drive the next generation of pharmacy solutions, partner with vendors, and promote our offerings through market activities.

A pharmacist degree and license in good standing are preferred, with broad travel and high-level collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include PBM design and procurement, audits, plan analysis, and engagement strategies to grow revenues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in consulting/brokerage.
• Proven revenue generation and growth of large client relationships.
• Experience leading global teams and strategic partnerships.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication.
• Strategic thinker who challenges status quo and rebuilds solutions as needed.
• Influence and collaborate with senior management across cross-functional teams.
• Keeps abreast of pharmacy and health benefits strategy and tools.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel.
• Pharmacist license in home state; Life/Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead national pharmacy innovation efforts as strategic partner to large clients.
• Develop new pharmacy approaches with vendors and clients for next-gen solutions.
• Market WTW through conferences, articles, and thought leadership.
• Pharmacy benefit consulting including revenue growth, PBM procurement, audits, plan design.
• Grow pharmacy benefits revenue by crafting and selling solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define multi-year growth strategy.
