Job summary
WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to influence strategic directions in our pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements across North America. You will collaborate with a seasoned consulting team to advance the pharmacy practice and broader health and benefits offerings.
The role requires a pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred) and active license, with a track record of strategic leadership, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration within a global firm.
Qualifications
- 10+ years designing/managing large group PBM programs in consulting/brokerage.
- Licensed pharmacist with active license preferred; or significant pharmacy consulting experience.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership with ability to influence senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy strategy and client engagements for large employers.
- Develop new PBM approaches and partnerships with vendors.
- Manage and grow relationships with clients and prospects nationwide.
- Incorporate multi-year strategy with cross functional WTW teams.
- Oversee vendor procurement, negotiations, and performance audits.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative engagement designs.
