Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to lead large, high-visibility client engagements and shape strategic directions for our North America pharmacy business.

You will grow our solutions portfolio, drive client value and revenue, and collaborate with a team of experienced consultants across the pharmacy practice and other health and benefits colleagues. A pharmacist degree and license in good standing are preferred, or significant pharmacy consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/management of large group PBM programs in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Licensed pharmacist or significant pharmacy consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategy and client engagements for national PBM initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth and new relationships with vendors and clients.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams across health and benefits projects.
