Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to shape strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead high-visibility client engagements in North America. You will collaborate with a skilled team to extend our pharmacy and broader health care delivery capabilities, driving client value and revenue.

The role requires a pharmacist degree (or substantial pharmacy consulting experience), a strong executive presence, and the ability to lead complex multi-year programs with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships.
• Experience leading a global team and projects with strategic partnerships.
• Executive presence with polished written and verbal communication; able to convey complex ideas simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of pharmacy solutions for national clients.
• Partner with vendors and clients to design next-gen pharmacy approaches and technology enablement.
• Represent WTW in conferences, articles, and external thought leadership.
• Drive pharmacy benefits sales and design innovative engagement models.
• Oversee PBM vendor procurement, audits, and cost-savings strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand integrated pharmacy offerings.
