Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to drive strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements in North America.

You will influence executive leaders, collaborate across health and benefits teams, and grow our pharmacy solutions portfolio through innovative approaches, partnerships, and value-based engagements. A pharmacist degree and license in good standing are preferred, or substantial consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and active license preferred or significant pharmacy consulting experience.
• Experience leading large, complex client engagements in pharmacy.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategy and innovation for national clients.
• Partner with vendors and clients to create next-generation pharmacy solutions.
• Drive relationships, sales, and engagement designs with PBM and vendor partners.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to cross-functional health and benefits initiatives.
