Job summary
Willis Towers Watson, Atlanta, seeks a Pharmacy Senior Director to guide strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead high-visibility client engagements across North America. You will grow the solutions portfolio by delivering innovative pharmacy programs and collaborating with cross-functional health and benefits teams.
The role requires Pharmacy leadership experience, PBM expertise, and strong revenue-generating capabilities, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of design/management experience in large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting or brokerage setting.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and drive sales.
- Track record of growing client relationships and delivering strategic partnerships.
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead PBM vendor procurement and negotiation on national scale.
- Audit PBM performance and identify financial/operational improvements.
- Design cost-saving plans and member engagement strategies.
- Grow pharmacy benefits revenue by crafting and selling integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional WTW teams to define multi-year strategy.
