Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive to drive physician engagement and route patients' specialty drug prescriptions to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy within a Florida territory from Sarasota to Naples. You will build relationships with front and back-office staff, educate on specialty meds, and grow orders to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working in a sales environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, SharePoint, Teams and ability to resolve general technical issues within a remote environment.
• Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines, and occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory that includes CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand offering Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory.
• Provide staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
