Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive to expand CenterWell Pharmacy orders across the Sarasota to Naples territory in Florida.

You will build relationships with front and back-office staff, conduct sales calls, and educate teams on specialty pharmacy options to drive patient use and revenue. You will report to the Market Director of Pharmacy Sales and travel regularly, with 8-10 office visits daily and 2-3 overnight stays quarterly.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working in a sales environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, SharePoint, Teams and ability to resolve general technical issues within a remote environment.
• Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines, and occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory that includes CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand offering Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory and educate on specialty medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits.
