Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals, a fast-growing company, is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to cover the Miami to Fort Myers territory in the US. This field-based role focuses on driving brand awareness, launching strategies, and expanding adoption by engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of field sales experience in pharma or healthcare, English and Spanish fluency, and willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience.
• Pharma/healthcare experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans that prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders, navigating multiple decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption.
• Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
