Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive to drive geographic-focused sales and influence physician offices to route specialty drug prescriptions for fulfillment. You will work with the Market Director of Pharmacy Sales, covering the greater Sarasota to Naples territory, engaging front and back-office staff and traveling as needed.

You will be in the field five days a week, with company vehicle provided and a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working in a sales environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SharePoint and Teams; ability to resolve basic technical issues remotely.
• Comfortable in the field 5 days/week within territory; overnight travel as needed.
• Must live in defined sales territory or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Occasional offsite team meetings requiring travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory including CenterWell and Humana services.
• Build relationships with front and back-office staff through in-territory sales calls.
• Provide staff education on options for Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Become a knowledgeable resource on specialty medications and Humana benefits.
