Job summary

Humana seeks a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, implement, and improve workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations. You will translate program designs into end-to-end processes and knowledge content for frontline teams.

During launch, you will coordinate across Access Operations, Service Operations, Clinical Operations, and external partners to ensure readiness and adoption before go-live, then govern ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BPM, healthcare ops, change management, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional business processes in complex environments.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or knowledge articles.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows and policies.
• Strong facilitation, writing, requirements translation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end workflows and SOPs for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
• Translate program designs and client commitments into clear processes and job aids.
• Lead governance for change intake, documentation, and knowledge management post-launch.
• Collaborate across multiple operations teams and external partners to ensure readiness and adoption.
