Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, implement and continuously improve workflows, change practices, and knowledge infrastructure for Launch and scale operations.

This role collaborates across Access Operations, Service Operations, Clinical Operations, pharmacy fulfillment, Implementation, Product, Technology, Quality, Compliance, Training, and partners to ensure processes are usable by frontline teams and measurable by leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business process management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in complex environments.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or knowledge articles.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement end-to-end workflows and SOPs for Pharmacy Hub operations.
• Translate program designs and client commitments into clear processes and knowledge content.
• Collaborate across multiple operations teams to ensure operational readiness and adoption.
• Govern documentation governance and change intake post-launch.
