Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, and continually improve workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.

This role links program designs and clinical requirements to frontline processes, SOPs, knowledge content, and change plans across multiple operations teams and partners. During launch, you will ensure processes are clear, documented across systems, and ready for adoption before go-live, with ongoing governance and improvement after

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in a complex environment.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, knowledge articles, or other operational documentation.
• Experience supporting organizational change and system implementation.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple changes with disciplined documentation governance.
• Experience using operational data and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
• Translate program designs and requirements into SOPs, job aids, and knowledge content.
• Govern documentation, track changes, and ensure readiness before go-live.
• Support ongoing workflow governance and continuous improvement post-launch.
