Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America seeks an experienced subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best-in-class service delivery protocols and performance improvement. You will coach Operations leaders, perform sites assessments, and drive corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

The role requires BCE/ACE credentials and 5+ years of pest management experience, with travel across the region. Competitive benefits apply for FT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences preferred
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred
• Minimum 5 yrs of related structural pest management experience
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience
• 1 year+ management experience requested

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against KPIs and solve problems with Operations leaders
• Perform site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestation and assist with action plans
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions
• Coach Branch leaders to develop front line Technicians and sales colleagues
• Develop SMART goals to improve service quality and monitor execution of plans
• Drive technical improvements to protocols and service delivery processes
• Identify projects to drive improvements including people, process and tech initiatives
• Provide input on standards and SOPs to support service delivery
• Advise sales teams to improve customer experience and business growth
• Participate in industry trade associations to advance the field
