Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Technical Service Manager in Columbus, OH to lead pest control strategies for specified market segments and LOBs. You will develop and support Operations with best-in-class service delivery protocols, and coach Operations leaders to enable technician excellence.

You will monitor KPIs, conduct site assessments, and collaborate with account managers to resolve pest issues, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction while driving safety and quality

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences is preferred
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred
• Minimum 5 yrs. of related structural pest management experience
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience
• 1 years+ management experience required

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs, problem solving with Operations leaders and Sales to meet thresholds
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes and develops action plans with Operations
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive resolution by RTX and Customers
• Works with Branch leaders to resolve service quality issues and develop frontline Technicians and sales colleagues
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to improve customer retention and efficiency
