Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best-of-breed service delivery protocols and processes. You will analyze data, perform site assessments, troubleshoot and coach leaders to deploy corrective action plans, while developing technicians and sales colleagues in pest management excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE is preferred.
• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience required.
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience.
• 1 year+ management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service performance against KPIs and collaborates with Operations and Sales to meet thresholds.
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes and assists with deployment of action plans.
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive actions and recommendations.
• Coaches Branch leaders to develop pest management competency among front-line Technicians and sales staff.
• Develops SMART goals to improve service quality and monitors execution of action plans.
