Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best-in-class service delivery protocols and processes. This role focuses on applying expert knowledge to improve pest management outcomes across segments and lines of business.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, conducting site assessments, and coaching Operations leaders to develop technicians and sales colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control strategy development and operational coaching.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service performance against KPIs with Operations and Sales to ensure targets are met.
• Conducts site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations and develops action plans with Operations.
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions and recommendations.
• Coaches Branch leaders to improve pest management competency and frontline technician effectiveness.
• Develops SMART goals and monitors progress to improve service quality and customer retention.
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Identifies projects to drive innovation across people, process, and technology.
