Anthropic is seeking an experienced People Programs Manager to join our Performance & Talent Programs team. This senior individual contributor will design and own end-to-end execution of performance and talent programs, feeding our talent intelligence layer as we scale.

You will partner with People Services, Analytics, and product teams to build scalable, data-driven processes. We look for a strong track record in managing multi-month cycles, change management, and enabling managers through

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, running, and owning performance programs.
• Experience defining requirements and design for internal people tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end execution of cyclical performance and talent programs.
• Ensure programs scale and uphold performance bar as the company grows.
• Design programs to produce useful performance signals year-round.
• Partner with People Services, People Analytics, and engineering on tooling.
• Act as product partner for internal tools and guide architecture.
• Iterate on calibration, rating constructs, and feedback formats.
• Lead program redesigns and change management with stakeholders.
• Develop enablement for managers and People Partners across cycles.
• Treat programs as performance drivers with quality data.
• Shape performance tooling with data-driven insights.
