Job summary

- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, or improving talent-management programs in complex orgs.
- Experience with promotions, performance management, talent reviews, or related enterprise processes.
- Strong program leadership: turning ambiguity into actionable plans and coordinating multiple partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the promotions program, owning calendar, workflow, readiness, comms, and approvals.
- Translate policy into a clear employee and manager experience.
- Drive cross-functional delivery with partners from HR, finance, product, tech, and analytics.
- Maintain program plans, decision records, and documentation with clear recommendations.
- Apply AI tools to research, documentation, analysis, and quality checks.
- Translate challenges and user feedback into clear requirements for product/tech teams.
- Support adoption and ongoing improvement with enablement and metrics.
- Contribute promotions insights to related talent initiatives.
