Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area to support the People organization, including Recruiting and Communications. You will coach senior leaders, drive HR programs, and partner with Benefits, Compensation, and Finance to scale people initiatives.

You will help build HR policies, guide employee relations, and enable strategic workforce planning to support Anthropic's mission in safe, beneficial AI systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting or related roles.
• Experience partnering with People and Comms in high growth tech environments.
• Experience supporting G&A functions in a fast-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to leaders across People and Communications teams.
• Support employees and managers on HR topics across lifecycle with benefits, compensation, etc.
• Partner with management to build a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
