Job summary

tem is seeking a People Performance Manager to join our Performance Service and scale our approach to sustaining high performance across leaders. You will partner with engine and service leaders, co-owning frameworks for progression, performance standards, and rewards while driving automation and AI-enabled processes.

In this role you’ll manage live cases end to end, coach leaders, and help shape how we evaluate and pay performance.

Qualifications

• Real accountability for decisions on people – partnering with leaders or managing a team.
• Able to handle hard conversations and balance efficiency with empathy.
• Experience building a high‑performance culture and influencing leadership decisions.
• Fluent with Notion, automation and AI tooling; able to write clearly for busy readers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and challenge: be a leader’s first call on anything to do with their people and decisions.
• Raise the bar: hold leaders to high standards on performance, potential, pay and progression.
• Handle live cases end to end: performance management, difficult conversations, exits and restructures.
• Build to delight: design how progression, standards, evaluation and reward work at tem with the team.
• Automate repeatable processes: use AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
