Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering, or significantly improving enterprise talent-management programs in a complex organization.
• Experience with promotions, performance management, talent reviews, or closely related enterprise people processes.
• Strong program leadership: turn ambiguity into a workable plan, manage dependencies, and execute with multiple partners.
• Sound judgment about policy, operational exceptions, confidential information, and escalation needs.
• A product and systems mindset: understand user needs and connect processes, data, technology, and communications.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and willingness to experiment, evaluate results, and improve how work gets done.
• Clear written communication and facilitation skills, including explaining complex issues and recommending a path forward.
• Ability to lead through influence and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotions program: calendar, nomination workflow, readiness planning, communications, approvals, handoffs, risk recommendations.
• Translate policy into an effective experience: map journeys for employee, manager, and business partners.
• Drive cross-functional delivery: align with Partners in Employee Success, Compensation, Finance, Product, Tech, Analytics, and Communications.
• Maintain reliable program plans, decision records, and documentation; make tradeoffs and approvals visible.
• Improve work with AI and automation: use tools for research, documentation, analysis, coordination, and checks.
• Convert program challenges and user feedback into clear requirements and test scenarios.
• Support adoption and ongoing improvement with guidance and enablement; monitor health and reduce friction.
• Contribute promotions insights to related talent initiatives for a coherent experience across programs.
