Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance & Talent to lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent programs beginning with promotions. You will own the program end-to-end, translating policy into practical workflows and ensuring timely, repeatable results across partners.

You will shape ongoing performance processes, integrating AI and agents to improve guidance, feedback, and support for employees and managers, while maintaining clear decision records.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering, or significantly improving enterprise talent programs in a complex org.
• Experience with promotions, performance management, or related talent processes.
• Strong program leadership with cross-functional coordination and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotions program calendar, workflow, and approvals, identifying risks and guiding decisions.
• Translate policy into clear experiences for employee and manager journeys.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders across HR, Finance, Product, Tech, Analytics, and Communications.
• Maintain program plans, decision records, and concise leadership updates.
• Apply AI/tools to research, documentation, analysis, and quality checks; iterate improvements.
• Define requirements and test scenarios with product and tech partners for improvements.
• Support adoption, measure health, and reduce friction through guidance and enablement.
• Contribute promotions insights to broader performance and talent initiatives.
