Responsibilities

Lead the promotions program calendar and workflow.
Translate policy into a clear employee, manager, and partner experience.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Communications.
Maintain program plans, decision records, and documentation.
Apply AI and automation to research, documentation, analysis, and coordination.
Define requirements and improvements with product and tech teams.
Support adoption and ongoing improvement with enablement and metrics.
