Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You will collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure alignment with revenue goals.

You’ll build funnel visibility, run experiments, apply attribution and incrementality methods, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Experience in at least two channels: search, social, or programmatic.
• Strong data fluency with GA4, SQL, BI tools and Excel.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments with attribution methods.
• Proven multi-channel budget ownership against revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate the paid media budget across channels to hit revenue/pipeline targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with testing roadmaps and clear goals.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps and optimize channel mix.
