Job summary

EverAI is a fully remote, fast-growing AI company seeking a senior growth marketer to own paid acquisition campaigns and drive rapid user growth. You will manage multi-channel spend, optimize funnels, and partner with content and product teams to scale high-converting landing pages.

With 4–10+ years in performance marketing and a track record of managing large monthly spends, you will influence strategy, reporting, and experimentation across platforms, while maintaining strong English

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with dashboards and tracking setups.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs and iterate fast.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns on major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
• Negotiate premium placements and explore new opportunities with traffic sources.
• Identify automation opportunities and create SOPs for scalable campaigns.
