Vurke Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition and drive aggressive growth across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, and Native. You will own campaigns, iterate quickly, and partner with senior leadership to scale performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in performance marketing, manages large monthly spends, and is proficient with GA4 and tracking setups. This remote role supports Europe/remote operations with strong perks.

Qualifications

• 410+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $500K–$1M+ monthly spend with full campaign ownership.
• Platform expertise: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Native.
• Analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, and tracking setup.

Responsibilities

• Channel Ownership & Scaling: Lead one or two paid acquisition channels and expand based on performance.
• Testing & Optimization: Rapid testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize CAC and LTV.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor daily performance, analyze CPA, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Creative & Funnel Development: Own briefs, collaborate on landing pages, and test to reduce fatigue.
• Partnership Management: Negotiate premium placements and explore new opportunities.
• Automation & SOPs: Develop playbooks and systems for scalable campaigns.
