Job summary

EverAI, the world’s leading AI companionship platform, is hiring a hands-on performance marketing leader to own paid acquisition and growth across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond. You’ll scale high‑performing campaigns, iterate fast with creative inputs, and partner with the CMO to hit aggressive CAC/LTV targets.

You’ll manage high spend (hundreds of thousands to millions monthly), build scalable funnels, monitor CPA/ROAS daily, and optimize landing pages and onboarding flows.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, + dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to brief creatives.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid channels and scale performance.
• Develop scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior to drive decisions.
• Build internal reporting frameworks to guide strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages and funnels.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline campaigns.
