Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on Growth/Performance Marketing lead to own paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will partner with the CMO to drive fast experiments, optimize CAC and ROAS, and push growth toward the company’s ambitious user targets.

You'll test new channels, build scalable funnels, and create automation playbooks to accelerate revenue and user growth in a fully remote, global team.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Campaign ownership and scaling across channels.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for CAC and LTV.
• Drive performance analysis and strategy using CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort insights.
• Create automation and SOPs to scale campaigns efficiently.
