Job summary

EverAI is hiring a fast-moving Growth/Performance Marketing lead to own paid media, analytics, and creative testing. You’ll scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, building high-velocity testing loops and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with the CMO to drive exponential user growth, optimize landing pages, and create scalable automation. Remote, international, with strong KPI targets and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand based on performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Drive CPA/ROAS decisions and improve retention and cohort metrics.
• Create internal reports to guide strategic shifts and tactics.
• Own creative briefing process and collaborate with product teams on landing pages.
• Negotiate premium placements and explore new networks and formats.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for scalable campaigns.
