EverAI is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns from conception to rapid iteration. You will partner with the CMO to optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV across Meta, TikTok, Google and native networks, while building scalable funnels and testing pipelines.

You’ll manage substantial monthly spend, own creative briefs, landing pages, and partnerships with traffic sources, delivering data-driven growth in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualificações

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand demography.
• Contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor performance daily using analytics tools and internal dashboards.
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks guiding strategic shifts.
