Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

This senior hands-on role requires deep expertise beyond Ads Manager. You’ll own a portfolio of client accounts end to end, leading client conversations, managing Meta performance, writing direct-response copy and VSL scripts, developing testing strategies, and diagnosing opportunities to improve funnel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and deliver bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities to protect performance.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Oversee budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
