Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote, to lead the People and Community technology ecosystem and workforce analytics. You will own the division's HR systems roadmap, governance, and enterprise reporting while guiding AI-driven initiatives and ensuring data security and compliance.

You will shape enterprise workforce measures, enable self-service analytics, and partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configurations, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year People Systems & Workforce Insights technology roadmap and investments.
• Lead HR systems governance, security, data management, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner implementations across divisions.
• Provide executive reporting and workforce insights to inform strategy and risk decisions.
• Build and mentor the analytics team to improve self-service analytics and data literacy.
