CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role in the U.S. You will lead the technology roadmap, governance, and analytics for People and Community, partnering across IT, Finance, and Legal to drive secure, compliant, human-centered decisions.

You will build and lead the HR systems and analytics team, advance self-service reporting, and ensure responsible use of automation and AI. 10+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday and integrations.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and audits.
• Experience leading or supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, controls, security, and data privacy in HR systems.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners in collaboration with shared services.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology forums influencing decisions affecting employees.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing business value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness for HR systems.
