Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote to shape the technology roadmap for People & Community, drive workforce analytics and employee listening platforms, and lead the HR systems team.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR tech with Workday expertise, data governance, and enterprise program leadership. This remote role supports a national scope with a focus on equitable, human-centered decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday (configuration, security, testing, support).
Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization across modules.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Legal.
Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security decisions.
Lead HR systems & analytics team; build capability and development.
Own technology intake and prioritization; balance value, risk and standards.
Ensure internal controls; provide audit evidence.
Safeguard employee data and AI-assisted decisions.
