Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, a remote role open to candidates across the United States. You will lead the HR technology ecosystem, workforce analytics, and employee listening tools, shaping strategy and enterprise-wide decisions.

The position requires 10+ years in the field, deep Workday experience, and strong governance and analytics skills. You will guide cross-functional teams and drive secure, equitable HR technology implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including leadership of teams or cross-functional programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday, configuration and security.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year People Systems strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Oversee governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for enterprise investments.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security discussions.
• Lead the HR analytics team and promote development opportunities.
• Ensure data protection, controls, and compliant management of audits.
