Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in HR systems and analytics.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday, including configuration and security.
• Experience in data governance, reporting, dashboards, and audits.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Set multi-year strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights across tech, data and AI.
• Govern HR systems configuration, security, data and reporting; manage vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the HR systems & analytics team; develop talent and ensure equitable access to growth.
• Deliver executive workforce reporting and translate insights for leadership and board.
