Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, a remote-enabled role guiding the technology ecosystem, workforce reporting, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will shape strategy, ensure data security, and lead cross-functional teams across People & Community.

The role requires 10+ years in HR technology, with strong Workday expertise, governance experience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
Experience with HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality; translating business questions into insights.
System implementation and enhancement work across modules and processes.
Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year strategy for People technology, analytics, and AI alignment.
Lead governance for HR systems, data security, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partnerships with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
Represent People and Community in enterprise tech forums and advise senior leaders on platform investments.
Build and develop the HR systems & analytics team, ensuring equity in development opportunities.
