Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to shape the technology ecosystem for People and Community, driving strategy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. This remote role guides enterprise-wide HR tech investments, data governance, and AI considerations while leading a skilled team focused on reliable, compliant systems and analytics.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise-wide programs.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, data quality, and translating business questions into insights.
System implementation and enhancement work across HR modules and processes.
Compliance, controls, and security for sensitive employee data.
Project, program and change management across enterprise projects.
Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security and vendors.
Core HR functional knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance and talent data.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the People division.
Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team, and manage development opportunities.
Own the division’s technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
Serve as process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI use in decisions.
Improve platform reliability, delivery, and self-service adoption.
