Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year technology roadmap for People and Community, focusing on HR systems, data governance, analytics, and employee listening platforms. The role partners with senior leaders across enterprise functions to ensure secure, compliant, and equitable automation and AI use.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, a BA/BS, and deep Workday expertise.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday (configuration, security, testing, support).
HR data, reporting, and analytics experience including governance, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners impacting enterprise investments.
Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
Lead HR systems and analytics team, building capability and equitable development opportunities.
Shape enterprise workforce measures and executive reporting, translating findings for leadership.
