CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems and Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year People tech strategy and analytics capabilities. This remote role partners with executive leadership to align HR tech, data governance, and AI ethics with enterprise goals.

You will own HR system governance, oversee reporting, and build self-service analytics for HR partners, while guiding vendors, budgets, and security across the organization.

Competenze

• 10+ years of related work experience with at least 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Hands-on HRIS expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience in HR data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data quality.
• Experience with HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Strong collaboration with HR, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
