Ancestry is seeking a Senior Specialist, People Systems, to serve as the operational backbone of the People Systems team. You will drive long-term Workday strategies, deliver analytics, and enable scalable processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

You will partner with HR leadership to translate system capabilities into actionable business decisions, develop dashboards, and advance automation initiatives using tools like UiPath and Alteryx. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model.

Formación

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems with Workday across Core HCM lifecycle.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, BP design, and security.
• Strong Excel modeling and Power BI data storytelling.
• Experience with automation/RPA to boost efficiency.
• Strategic partner able to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Graduated in HR or IS; Workday certs are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Workday SME for Core HCM and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Own Workday configurations, business processes, integrations, and security.
• Use Workday reporting and Excel modeling to support decisions.
• Design dashboards in Power BI to tell data stories.
• Lead process improvements and RPA initiatives to raise quality.
• Support Workday releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with senior HR leaders to translate capabilities into actions.
• Mentor junior analysts on Workday capabilities and analytics.
