Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Analytics and Data to deliver analytical expertise for our HR function and business leaders. You will own Workday HCM reporting and develop dashboards using Power BI, enabling data-driven decisions across payroll, compensation, recruiting and learning.

You will collaborate with IT and the Data Warehouse team to improve data integrity, define KPIs, and guide stakeholders with insights and storytelling through visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT/MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Math or related fields, or +5 years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of experience including 4+ years in a People/HR data analytics and reporting capacity, with in-depth knowledge of People/HR reporting and data.
• In-depth experience of building and maintaining advanced Workday HCM reports and dashboards, including calculated fields and advanced Matrix and composite reports.
• Experience with integrating a core HRMS application to a data warehouse/data lake and consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of a project, SDLC or SCRUM/Agile methodologies and roadmap/tactical development for a phased People/HR analytics strategy.
• Experience and familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of day-to-day reporting deliverables and operational support of report requests, inquiries and tickets.
• Proactively develops new and improved Workday HCM dashboards for employees, managers, and People/HR team members.
• Defines and develops business and predictive KPIs/metrics across the People/HR function and recommends effective tools for delivery.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to understand business problems, analyzes data, and presents insights and dashboards to drive people decisions.
• Analyzes data using various techniques, from simple aggregation to complex statistical analysis.
• Summarizes insights and presents findings to executives, leaders, hiring managers and HR team members with compelling visuals.
