Job summary

PDS Health seeks a Senior Analyst, People Analytics and Data to provide analytical expertise for our People/HR function and business leaders. This role will join the HRIS team supporting Workday HCM, Cornerstone, ICIMS, and Anaplan.

This role emphasizes building scalable reports, dashboards, and KPI definitions that drive workforce decisions. You will own day-to-day reporting, develop dashboards, define KPIs, partner with stakeholders, mentor teammates, and advance our analytics roadmap while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in HR analytics and reporting.
• 6+ years in a People/HR data analytics and reporting capacity.
• Deep Workday HCM reporting experience with advanced reports.
• Experience integrating HRMS data to data warehouse/lake.
• SDLC or SCRUM/Agile experience in analytics roadmap.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day reporting deliverables for People/HR.
• Develop Workday HCM dashboards for employees and managers.
• Define KPIs/metrics and recommend delivery tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and present insights.
• Analyze data with statistical techniques and present findings.
• Lead analytics projects from planning to deployment, including governance.
